We manage from the point of initial concept & feasibility, through development and/or construction, to certificate of occupancy & ongoing asset management.
Our project management capabilities include both oversight and review services specifically structured to support our partner. We can direct every step of the project from site selection, budget preparation & financial feasibility to hiring contractors, vendors and consultants. Our approach is straight-forward – we “walk with the owner“. We take responsibility at every stage.
Construction Management
CJM manages fully integrated construction services for its clients, including the full complement of project management services from pre-construction analysis through construction and completion of the project. As project managers, we have the technical skills, practical experience and commercial awareness to ensure that each project receives the careful personal attention it requires. At times, we have taken on the role of “Owner’s Rep” in order to facilitate value-engineering and alternative approaches that may be outside the straight-forward agendas and expertise of general contractors and other vendors. Project management is not only about managing process – it is about making decisions as well. Having an independent consultant on board to assist an owner with process, mitigating risks, and decision-making, is a practical means to implementing projects today. Whether large-scale property renovations or tenant improvements are the goal, CJM’s construction management capabilities provide a responsive approach, while incorporating leading-edge practices, building materials and technologies.
