Our on-site maintenance staff has the skills and expertise to keep your apartment building as well as your apartment community grounds and landscaping in top condition. Guided by regular property inspections and tenant requests, our maintenance staff performs interior/exterior maintenance, repairs electrical wiring, plumbing, heating and air conditioning equipment on an as needed basis and provides comprehensive grounds keeping services.
24 Hour Emergency Service
Every effort is made to accommodate any emergency maintenance issue that presents a priority concern for you, even if it occurs during non-working hours. Emergencies would include threats to the life or safety of apartment residents such as electrical power failure affecting the entire apartment, broken window glass, no heat and plumbing malfunctions. In these cases, our maintenance personnel respond promptly around the clock.
